Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D inspection programs using QuickVision to streamline dimensional control of machined parts.
- Review and rewrite quality control ranges and create operator control sheets to ensure consistent inspection practices.
- Define and implement AQP/AQL inspection criteria for production and incoming lot sampling.
- Design and deploy digital receiving inspection tools that connect measuring instruments (digital calipers) to PCs for automatic capture of measurement data.
- Create inspection plans generated from SolidWorks CAD data to integrate design and control documentation.
- Harmonise end‑of‑line control procedures and assembly checks across production flows.
- Analyse KPI and scrap data to support dashboard creation and root‑cause investigations.
- Structure and maintain quality documentation architecture on SharePoint and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 programme in Quality, Industrial/Production Engineering or equivalent (alternance / work‑study contract).
- Available to start in September 2026 for a 12‑month alternance placement.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Autonomous, adaptable and able to prioritise under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills, team orientation and active listening.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and digital tools.
Skills
Experience
No extensive prior experience required; practical exposure to a manufacturing or quality control environment is advantageous. Candidates who have completed internships or academic projects in metrology, inspection, or production quality will be favoured.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s level (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Production Management or a related field; enrolled on an alternance/work‑study programme.
