Hermès is hiring a Quality Application Expert (QMS) to design, build and support its Avanteam quality management system as part of the upstream supply IT transformation. The role is a full-time, permanent position in Pantin, partnering with functional experts and business teams across the solution lifecycle.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design the QMS application solution (Avanteam) with functional and business experts.
- Configure the application and act as Design Authority.
- Lead design workshops and co-validate them with the functional expert.
- Build the application in line with the requirements specification.
- Ensure unit testing and participate in integration testing.
- Lead Level 3 support and support Level 2 support.
- Define and evolve good practices and standards.
- Build strong partnerships with business teams and peers within HDTI.
Qualifications
- Mastery of the QMS Avanteam solution and ability to lead cross-functional IT projects.
- Collaborative mindset, analytical ability and an interest in knowledge sharing.
- Fluent French and English.
