Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Purchasing and Regulatory Manager for the Silk perimeter within the Industrial Division of Accessories and Silk.
• Participate in group-level regulatory committees and ensure follow-through on assigned actions.
• Analyse material- and finished-product risks each season against Hermès quality standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality and external laboratories to follow up on product safety testing.
• Guide internal and external partners on compliance with product safety and innocuity specifications.
• Collect and verify supplier attestations required for physical and customs compliance of the supply flow.
• Enter and maintain regulatory and customs information in the Group database, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous-improvement projects in Purchasing and Regulatory processes, internally and with partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering or business school.
• First professional experience desirable; candidates at the start of their career are accepted.
• Knowledge or strong interest in textiles, material chemistry, purchasing, customs or product regulation is appreciated.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic attitude and strong team orientation.
• High level of rigor, analytical capacity and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn and sensitivity to sustainability and responsible sourcing issues.

Skills

Experience

Beginners accepted; a first experience in industry is desirable. Useful backgrounds include textiles, materials chemistry, procurement, customs or regulatory affairs.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) — engineering school or business school.
