Hermès Distribution France — Public Relations & Events Intern in Paris. Six-month, full-time internship starting Oct 2026 supporting PR and flagship events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PR team in implementing the annual PR and events plan, including monitoring innovations, news and trends to inform recommendations.
- Assist in end-to-end management of retail and flagship events (concept, logistics, supplier coordination, on-site execution), notably the flagship 'La Partie de Rentrée' at Faubourg Saint‑Honoré.
- Manage project timelines and contribute to delivery within defined budgets and deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments (Decoration, Manufacturing, Editions, Press) and external vendors.
- Contribute to administrative tasks: preparing mailings, data entry, digital filing and mise sous pli.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student in a business school with a specialization in communications or equivalent training; eligible for a convention de stage (stage conventionné).
- Previous internship or first experience in event management or PR.
- Strong written and verbal expression; professional quality of communication.
- Organised, curious, flexible, collaborative and service-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Good command of Pack Office and general IT tools.
Skills
Experience
First experience in events or communications is expected; beginners accepted provided they demonstrate motivation and relevant academic preparation.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business, communications or a related discipline (business school or equivalent); eligible for a French stage conventionné.
