Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily protection of people and both tangible and intangible assets across the assigned site perimeter through prevention, surveillance, accompaniment and incident response.
  • Manage and coach internal security teams and oversee private security contractors, including operational briefings, performance control and adherence to the Maison’s standards.
  • Guarantee compliance with HSE, private security and fire-safety procedures; support preparation for audits and security commissions and implement corrective action plans.
  • Maintain operational readiness: plan and control training, verify competence of teams, organise regulatory exercises (evacuation, intrusion tests) and update evacuation and safety registers.
  • Coordinate with the Direction Sûreté et Sécurité Groupe (DSG), DETS, maintenance and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective information flow, resource allocation and incident escalation.
  • Contribute to business continuity planning: update continuity plans, run exercises and tests, and ensure readiness for crisis situations.
  • Advise on procurement and optimisation of physical and digital security equipment; liaise with support services to ensure corrective interventions and technical availability.
  • Support budget execution and control by assisting the Service Head with tracking commitments, especially for additional works and contractor expenses.
  • Lead operational management of incidents and crises within the perimeter, ensuring timely information sharing with relevant services and authorities.

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in private security (TFP APS or equivalent) and fire-safety qualification SSIAP 2.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable role with operational supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of French private security and fire-safety regulations and applicable HSE requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage external service providers and coordinate multi-disciplinary internal stakeholders.
