Hermès seeks a Project Manager for 6-month contract role overseeing shoe development in Pantin with travel to Italy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product development from design through pilot production (tête de série), ensuring technical feasibility and timeline adherence
- Provide technical support and guidance to creative teams throughout the development and refinement process
- Create and maintain development and industrialization schedules; coordinate project milestones across all stakeholders
- Lead launch meetings for materials and finished products, facilitating alignment between creative, technical, and production teams
- Develop technical documentation including bill of materials, technical specification sheets, and SKU coding for structures, materials, and components
- Manage development inventory and material allocation
- Contribute to team project protocols and document best practices for management review
