Hermès internship: Project Manager for Facilities Management Systems (GMAO/GED) in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais. Six months from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and update preventive maintenance schedules in collaboration with maintenance teams and external contractors, including transformation into standardized annexes for future service provider procurement (multi-technical and all-purpose maintenance)
- Implement non-conformity tracking within the GMAO system to ensure rapid information extraction during compliance audits and regulatory inspections (e.g., fire safety commission visits)
- Participate in stock management implementation both within the GMAO tool and on-site (5S methodology)
- Lead the deployment project of a document management system in coordination with maintenance and sustainability teams
- Update and optimize the technical documentation database, including technical files, reports, and procedural documents
- Work toward standardization and harmonization of documents and organizational structures (e.g., Routine Maintenance Activity and Routine Maintenance Events)
- Contribute to the rollout of Hermès Services Group's energy policy to operational teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems or equivalent engineering school diploma
- Familiarity with maintenance operations and GMAO Octave Attune (formerly HxGN EAM) software
- Strong service orientation and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in project-based and cross-functional environments

Education
Master's degree in Information Systems or engineering school diploma.
