Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end fabrication campaigns for podium (runway) and press prototype deliveries, and for additional collection events (e.g., shows, fittings), respecting production schedules and quality standards.
- Act as the primary interface between Collection clients and internal/external production sites, liaising closely with Development, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to secure alignment and delivery.
- Evaluate and consolidate internal requests, prioritise needs, launch manufacturing orders in the ERP (M3) and ensure sites receive complete input data (nomenclatures, OF/OD, capacities, deadlines).
- Define prototype manufacturing flows with Technical Direction and the Design Office and organise required on‑site arrangements (small theatre, atelier event setups, site assignments).
- Supervise component supply and inventory for event fabrication; anticipate shortages and propose alternative solutions to mitigate production risks.
- Monitor production progress on sites, manage human, material and IT aspects of small theatre operations, and coordinate finished‑goods dispatch to meet event timelines.
- Ensure coherence between physical and IT flows: manage WIP, cleanse systems post‑delivery and report activity to stakeholders using relevant indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives: conduct quantitative and qualitative post‑campaign reviews, implement action plans, update tracking tools and contribute to digital tool enhancements.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer by training new team members, animating internal workshops and participating in the creation of an event playbook capturing best practices and processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of proven experience in cross‑functional project management or production coordination, preferably within fashion, luxury or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrable analytical rigour, strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under time constraints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capacity to interact with stakeholders across design, technical and production functions.
- Customer‑service orientation, proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to propose practical alternatives under pressure.

At least one year of successful experience managing cross‑functional projects or production campaigns, ideally with exposure to prototype manufacturing, supply chain coordination and event timelines in a luxury or fashion context.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) — business school, engineering school or equivalent.
