Role & Responsibilities
- Track progress of action plans and project deliverables, and manage key milestones, dependencies, and timelines
- Identify risks and support the development of mitigation strategies across assigned projects
- Coordinate multiple project contributors and facilitate information sharing and stakeholder alignment
- Prepare presentation materials and governance documentation for strategic committees and working sessions
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance indicators to monitor progress
- Contribute to the structuring and refinement of project management methodologies
- Conduct analyses and develop recommendations to support executive decision-making
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and strategic initiatives with interactions across Data, Internal Control, and other business units
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university programme
- Prior meaningful internship or professional experience in consulting, audit, finance, strategy, or project management
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to structure complex information
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English
- Genuine interest in luxury craftsmanship, transformation initiatives, and exceptional savoir-faire

At least one meaningful prior internship or professional experience in a related discipline such as consulting, audit, finance, strategy, or project management.
