Role & Responsibilities

  • Track progress of action plans and project deliverables, and manage key milestones, dependencies, and timelines
  • Identify risks and support the development of mitigation strategies across assigned projects
  • Coordinate multiple project contributors and facilitate information sharing and stakeholder alignment
  • Prepare presentation materials and governance documentation for strategic committees and working sessions
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance indicators to monitor progress
  • Contribute to the structuring and refinement of project management methodologies

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university programme
  • Prior meaningful internship or professional experience in consulting, audit, finance, strategy, or project management
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to structure complex information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent English
  • Genuine interest in luxury craftsmanship, transformation initiatives, and exceptional savoir-faire
