Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Project Management Intern (New Product Opportunities), 6‑month full‑time internship starting Sep 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Lead on the transverse 'New Product Opportunities' roadmap and implement project governance tools (retro-planning, reporting).
- Contribute to key project phases: prepare presentation materials, schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings, and draft meeting minutes.
- Represent the project in selected committees and present project updates when required.
- Participate in transformation initiatives: attend design workshops, collaborate with IT (DSI), author validation test cases (recettes) and support functional acceptance.
- Design and deliver user training materials and provide functional support during post-launch activities.
- Maintain continuity of ongoing dossiers alongside Project Managers and help define the annual (N+1) roadmap including stakeholder mapping and business effort estimates.
- Define and formalise operational needs with stakeholders and follow through to functional deployment.
- Act as the communications referent for the pole: centralise information, author content, harmonise presentation/reporting templates and establish communication channels (communication plan, newsletter).
- Identify and implement tools to increase project visibility and ensure editorial consistency across stakeholder deliverables.
- Provide operational support for on-site sales events (Ventes Exceptionnelles) as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (business school or equivalent university degree).
- Very good level of English; strong written French and English drafting skills are a significant asset.
- Advanced proficiency with Office tools—particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams autonomously and in a team.
- Curiosity, creativity and strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Beginners accepted; designed for Master’s-level students. Prior internships in project management, transformation or communications are advantageous but not required.
Education
Master's-level student in a business school or equivalent university programme.
