Hermès seeks an experienced Project Finance Controller in Pantin to oversee digital transformation programme financial governance across 8 countries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the monthly budgetary framework, consolidating consumption data and producing IFRS-compliant financial reports
- Monitor budget variances and develop rolling forecasts to anticipate and mitigate programme risks
- Oversee financial change management by documenting and approving scope changes, maintaining a register of approved Change Orders aligned with COMEX-approved business cases
- Manage vendor contracts and SLAs, including editor license monitoring, integrator contract oversight, and billing audit coordination
- Serve as primary financial liaison with internal stakeholders including CFO, project management teams, procurement, and legal departments
- Ensure transparent financial tracking and cost control across 15–20 subsidiaries in 8 countries over a 4–6 year programme lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Management; DSCG or project management certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in management accounting and financial control
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on IT projects or ERP implementations
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge of IT contracts and IFRS accounting standards
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Strong analytical rigour combined with assertiveness and discretion
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in management accounting and financial control, including at least 3 years on IT projects or ERP implementations. Demonstrated expertise in financial governance of complex, multi-country programmes with exposure to international operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, or Management Studies. DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion) or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
