Hermès Manufacture de Métaux (HMM) is the Hermès entity dedicated to the design and manufacture of high‑quality metal fittings, closures, jewellery components and ornamental metalwork. The unit groups multiple European production sites and leverages artisanal and technical expertise to supply Hermès’ leather goods, accessories and ready‑to‑wear collections; HMM employs around 1,000 specialists across several facilities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as PMO support for the Vulcain transformation programme: maintain project schedules, milestones, risk registers and action plans.
• Prepare and follow up project governance instances (COPIL, COPROJ) and produce associated reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business teams, IT (DSI) and external partners to ensure alignment and timely deliveries.
• Contribute to project scoping: gather business requirements and assist in drafting functional specifications.
• Participate in functional testing and user acceptance activities; track and report test results and defects.
• Support user adoption: organize and deliver training, create user documentation and promote good practices.
• Administer and improve collaborative project tools (document management, task tracking, communication platforms).
• Contribute to digitalisation initiatives: identify process improvement opportunities and deploy low‑code/no‑code solutions.
• Conduct technology watch and feed continuous improvement initiatives relevant to project tooling and methods.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a higher education programme (engineering school, business school, IAE or university) with a specialization in information systems.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and formalization skills; able to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a service‑oriented approach and strong organisational ability.
• Good listening skills, adaptability and rigour; ability to work with multiple stakeholders and across cultures.
• Willingness to travel regularly within France and to Portugal.

Apprenticeship‑level position intended for a student in information systems; no specific prior professional experience required although prior internships in IT or project support are advantageous.

Education

Higher education (engineering, business school, IAE or university) with a specialization in information systems.
