Hermès seeks a Project Assistant for Client Experience within its Jewelry division in Pantin. 6-month internship starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate new collection launch events (Spring-Summer and Autumn-Winter collections) in collaboration with the Client Experience Project Manager, including product scenography, piece mounting, and logistics
  • Maintain weekly preparation meetings and track supporting documentation developed by project teams
  • Develop content for internal digital tools and catalogs dedicated to new collections
  • Manage event logistics, access requests, scheduling, and back-office operations during collection launches and retail animations
  • Coordinate retail animations in-store partnerships (trunk shows, presentations) in collaboration with commercial teams and Hermès International
  • Oversee digital catalogs for both sales teams and customers, including content updates and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools such as display platforms, product notices, and guidance materials
  • Create and implement visual merchandising guidelines for new collections
  • Accompany retail locations in implementation of merchandising standards with appropriate support materials
  • Manage point-of-sale signage (PLV) across retail environments
  • Ensure event spaces remain properly curated and present jewelry pieces during market presentations
  • Conduct post-event reporting including presentation documents, performance assessments, and action planning

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a gap year program or final year of a business school curriculum
  • Demonstrated maturity and operational mindset evidenced by prior extended internship experience
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis and data interpretation
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • Organized approach to project management with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
