Role & Responsibilities
- Master industrial processes and ensure adherence to production, quality, and safety standards across the workshop
- Direct Team Leaders and production staff, fostering proximity-based management and collective engagement aligned with Hermès social values
- Monitor and pilot corrective actions for technical deviations; deploy continuous improvement initiatives and lean methodologies
- Track key performance indicators (SQCDP) and execute action plans to achieve production targets
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality, Methods, Development, Maintenance, and Procurement teams
- Ensure on-time delivery of production commitments and optimize resource allocation and capacity planning
- Develop technical competencies and polyvalency among team members through structured coaching
- Lead operational routines, manage reporting, and contribute to industrial investment and transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+4) in Industrial Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Proven experience managing production teams in an industrial environment
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing or production leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in operational performance management and lean continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is an asset
- Experience in electroplating (galvanoplastie) is highly valued
