Role & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and optimise delivery schedules with external manufacturers to meet business priorities and defined delivery windows.
  • Plan and coordinate production launches; ensure on‑time progression from industrialisation to finished goods and final stock entry.
  • Monitor in‑production timelines and follow up with manufacturers and internal production teams to resolve delays or quality anomalies.
  • Manage component stock held at manufacturers: ensure accurate distribution, monitor residuals, coordinate returns and process reorders during the season.
  • Coordinate weekly with Production, Purchasing and Logistics to arbitrate priorities in response to supply, industrialisation or production variances.
  • Serve as primary contact with the logistics provider to validate delivery notes, handle reception discrepancies and liaise with accounting on invoicing issues.
  • Maintain and guarantee the integrity of delivery data; produce weekly reporting and analyses of deliveries and schedules to support decision‑making.
  • Act as key user for planning and logistics tools, support supplier onboarding to the planning/supplier portal and contribute to tool optimisation projects.
  • Lead and autonomously drive continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain métier to streamline processes and enhance performance.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent education.
  • Proven experience in production management within ready‑to‑wear (Prêt‑à‑Porter) manufacturing environments.
  • Strong organisational rigour, numerical acuity and analytical mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, database manipulation) and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) is valued.
  • Proactive service orientation, solution focus and strong interpersonal communication.
  • Team‑oriented with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
