Hermès seeks Production Planning Associate for 6-month fixed-term contract in Paris to support Men's Ready-to-Wear press and event collection planning and coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in product reference creation and labeling edition for Press and Trunk Show Collection pieces
- Monitor production in coordination with manufacturing partners: dispatch orders, supply plans, materials, and manage fabrication progress communications
- Develop and analyze delivery tracking reports: consolidate production scheduling data by product and manufacturer, identify performance metrics, delay risks, and critical attention points
- Optimize production planning tools and reporting systems using existing platforms (Excel, M3, supplier portals) to enhance planning accuracy and production performance visibility
- Contribute to end-of-season performance analysis: assess delivery performance by manufacturing partner
Qualifications
- Degree in higher education (engineering or business school diploma)
- Supply Chain specialization valued
- Strong organizational skills and numerical sensitivity with analytical capability
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, database management)
- Customer service mindset and collaborative spirit
- Familiarity with Ready-to-Wear and textile industry
