Hermès Sellier seeks a Production Planning intern in Pantin for 6 months, starting February 2027. Drive supply chain optimization and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational planning processes, including the design and deployment of specialized tools and system optimizations
- Facilitate collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements
- Pilot production site performance across resource and SKU dimensions, prioritizing manufacturing based on system alerts, monthly production reviews, new product launches, and client priorities
- Serve as the central interface between production sites and corporate functions including procurement, materials management, subcontractors, technical direction, and quality assurance
- Establish, monitor, and communicate weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure production plan realization and manufacturing site stability
- Optimize planning processes through continuous evaluation of MSP/SWB modeling and parameterization
- Maintain mastery of planning workflows and central systems (ERP and APS), including data governance and tool configuration
Qualifications
- Final-year degree student in engineering or business school
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attentive listening and interpersonal sensitivity
- Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset
