Hermès Production Planning Internship, Pantin: 6-month structured programme in manufacturing operations, planning, and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the construction and monitoring of production schedules, tracking progress, identifying alerts and critical blockers
- Pilot performance indicators and deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders
- Identify operational dysfunctions and propose continuous improvement action plans
- Formalize best operational practices and contribute to the update of production standards
- Lead follow-up meetings with internal cross-functional partners
- Support optimization of planning and activity management tools
Qualifications
- Desire to develop dual competency in production planning and continuous improvement within a unique artisanal and industrial environment
- Proficiency in Excel; demonstrated knowledge of Power BI highly valued
- Strong field awareness, initiative-taking capability, and ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders including artisans, production managers, and planners

Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a programme in operations management, supply chain, industrial engineering, or equivalent discipline.
