Role & Responsibilities
- Construct and execute the short‑term production load plan and detailed production schedule, integrating machine and labour constraints.
- Assess and escalate risks and potential delays; ensure delivery commitments and on‑time availability of finished goods.
- Coordinate closely with planning and production unit managers to verify feasibility, adjust cadence, and balance loads across manufacturing and packaging lines.
- Monitor, analyse and report schedule adherence and other performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Support stock management by providing planning inputs to avoid surplus, obsolescence and unusable inventory.
- Participate in system and operational projects (ERP evolutions, new activity integration) and contribute functional expertise to deployments.
- Drive continuous improvement of scheduling parameters and practices through data analysis, recommendations and corrective actions.
- Ensure the integrity of master and operational data (ERP, planning tools) and initiate corrections where necessary.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience or a significant internship in production/flow planning within an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of production planning concepts (PIC, CBN, planning, scheduling), procurement and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP principles and production data management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with BI or data‑analysis tools and KPI/dashboard reporting.
- Operational English (occasional use) and strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in production or flow planning within an industrial/manufacturing environment; a substantive internship in planning is acceptable.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent.
