Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the master production plan for assigned product portfolios, aligning manufacturing launches with customer demand.
- Analyze and optimise production launch requirements and capacity needs across production workcentres.
- Prepare and animate activity projections for designated production sites and ensure accurate load balancing.
- Manage capacity data within the planning system and confirm production launch schedules in the planning tool.
- Conduct end-of-collection analyses (order follow-up, balances, escalations) and track specific material or product flows.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of planning governance tools at central and site levels.
- Finalise and ensure reliability of BI reporting and establish operational KPIs (stock, WIP, lead time) in collaboration with quality and controlling teams.
- Coordinate production plans and scheduling with internal stakeholders (customer service, development, quality, logistics, methods) and external suppliers/sites.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree from a business school, engineering programme or information systems/management background with a specialisation in supply chain or production management.
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a production/supply chain planning role, preferably within manufacturing or textile/apparel industries.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, quality, logistics and development teams.

Experience
2–5 years in a similar production or supply chain planning role, ideally within a manufacturing or textile environment, with hands-on responsibility for scheduling, capacity management and operational reporting.
Education
Degree from a business school, engineering school or equivalent in management/information systems with a focus on supply chain or production management.
