Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage short-term production horizons (8–12 weeks) and ensure reliable, compliant scheduling across assigned manufacturing sites
  • Analyze medium-term production compliance forecasts (3–6 months) and escalate risks to planning leadership and procurement teams
  • Develop alternative scenarios for production adjustments during capacity alerts, considering product mix optimization and inter-site compensation
  • Serve as the primary liaison between production sites and central departments including procurement, materials, partner manufacturers, technical, and quality functions
  • Monitor and communicate weekly and monthly delivery performance indicators to ensure adherence to production plans
  • Prioritize manufacturing workloads based on business priorities defined by planning leadership, monthly site reviews, new product releases, client events, and inventory adjustments
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of charge, capacity, and performance data to identify variances, anticipate deviations, and propose structured action plans for production reliability optimization
  • Maintain critical awareness of planning processes and drive continuous improvement to adapt to evolving business requirements
