Production Planner position in luxury jewelry supply chain at Pantin, France. CDD contract for experienced planner with Master Production Schedule expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute short-term planning in OPH, portal systems, and M3 while managing medium-term activity planning across a frozen 6-month horizon plus 3 months for adjustment
  • Manage operational planning and procurement coordination with workshops, including component availability, packaging management, and delivery tracking through portal systems
  • Organize and lead monthly production reviews with suppliers, evaluating performance metrics, quality indicators, demand forecasts, and new product initiatives
  • Consolidate workshop capacity data in OPH and execute monthly adjustments following workshop replanifications
  • Retrieve consolidated and prioritized demand signals from downstream planning in OPH
  • Plan production for the quarter following the frozen horizon, verify order feasibility, and execute quarterly material requirement planning (CBN)
  • Share supply chain risks, opportunities, and Master Production Plan updates with key suppliers during quarterly reviews
  • Escalate and analyze capacity-load misalignments, production type variability, and supplier activity smoothing opportunities
  • Coordinate with development, procurement, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure Master Production Plan feasibility and implementation
  • Monitor, enhance, and communicate weekly and monthly planning performance dashboards
  • Maintain mastery of planning processes and associated tools, including data configuration and system parameterization
  • Contribute to continuous optimization of planning processes and supply chain tools, particularly OPH deployment for enhanced supplier capacity management
  • Participate in global supply chain systems and process redesign initiatives
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvement projects for the upstream planning team

Qualifications

  • Engineering or business school degree, ideally with Supply Chain specialization
  • Analytical capabilities and strong autonomy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal relationships
  • Experience in cross-functional project work and team-based environments
  • Willingness to travel within France to workshops as required
  • Proficiency with production planning systems and ERP platforms
  • Knowledge of demand planning methodologies and Master Production Scheduling

Experience

Education

Engineering degree or business school (Grande École) degree, preferably with specialization or focus in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
