Production Planner, Footwear in Pantin, France. Luxury fashion role managing manufacturer coordination, production scheduling, and delivery timelines. CDI full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build production planning for each supplier following sales forecasts while respecting capacity constraints and commercial priorities
- Validate and implement scheduling scenarios with manufacturers; conduct weekly replanning cycles
- Guarantee planning feasibility with procurement, development, and industrialization teams through weekly follow-up
- Identify and develop solutions for delivery priority arbitration
- Monitor and track action plans to ensure production capacity attainment
- Chair weekly production review meetings with manufacturers and coordinate site visits to Italy
- Maintain Master Data accuracy and launch finished goods purchase orders
- Manage logistics anomalies and exceptions
- Drive manufacturer portfolio performance evaluation each season and measure service-level achievement
- Organize and lead production review sessions with sites using KPI dashboards
- Challenge existing processes and optimize planning tools and systems; support change management initiatives
- Master and optimize ERP (M3), Supplier Portal, Power BI, and similar platforms
- Act as trainer, reference subject-matter expert, or key user on assigned planning functions; may lead cross-functional projects within scope
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in production planning or similar supply chain domain
- Graduate degree from a business school or engineering school (Bac +5 equivalent or higher)
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities with orientation toward results and rigor
- Autonomy, reactivity, excellent interpersonal skills, and collaborative team orientation
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation
- High proficiency with digital tools—Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Italian language preferred for international manufacturer coordination

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or related supply chain functions. Background in luxury fashion footwear production or similar consumer goods manufacturing environment preferred.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) from a business school, engineering school, or related quantitative discipline.
