Role & Responsibilities

  • Capture workshop requirements, analyze production flows, and propose targeted process improvements
  • Lead continuous improvement workshops on saddle stitching and after-sales service activities, identifying inefficiencies and developing corrective action plans
  • Serve as liaison with production teams to collect and consolidate improvement suggestions, fostering a continuous improvement culture
  • Create technical specifications for the custom orders workshop to streamline and standardize production processes
  • Update and validate tooling data across specification sheets and reference databases
  • Contribute to design and documentation updates for product improvements in serial production phases
  • Develop marking templates and contribute to the "split negatives" saddle project initiative
  • Build and structure a dedicated database for made-to-measure saddles, manage and optimize associated templates
  • Reorganize cutting files in collaboration with artisans to improve accessibility and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent
  • Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Aptitude for design and modelling; experience with 3D/2D CAD software (Modaris or SolidWorks) is a significant advantage
  • Excellent observational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Precision, methodical approach, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
