Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end external production operations for silk and textile items, including creation and release of purchase orders for semi-finished and finished goods (pre-series, anticipation, podium, permanent stocked items).
- Maintain and update product bills of materials for items subcontracted to external partners, using information from collection and development teams.
- Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules and supplier delays; perform proactive follow-ups and escalate issues to internal stakeholders to preserve seasonality and delivery performance.
- Coordinate incoming pre-series inspections with Quality, manage non-conformity returns and distribute production masters following approval.
- Track component deliveries to production sites and coordinate returns, reception anomalies and end-of-season cancellations with suppliers.
- Anticipate material or component shortages and implement alternative solutions to mitigate production disruption.
- Prepare and lead weekly or biweekly supplier meetings; perform supplier visits as required to validate processes and timelines.
- Ensure data integrity in the ERP: verify delivery lead times, close purchase and manufacturing orders, correct negative stock positions and support suppliers on portal transactions.
- Calculate, analyse and report performance indicators; recommend corrective actions and update delivery tracking reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in production management and supplier coordination, preferably within textiles, silk or luxury goods.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems; experience with M3 is a plus.
- Proven ability in data analysis and reporting to monitor KPIs and support corrective plans.
- Excellent organisational rigour, prioritisation skills and administrative precision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English for an international supplier environment.

Minimum 1 year of successful experience in production follow-up and supplier panel management, ideally within textiles or luxury goods; demonstrable experience working with external manufacturers and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent.
