Hermès — Production Coordination Intern (Belts, Podium) in Pantin. 6‑month full‑time internship coordinating prototype manufacturing, material flows and quality control.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate organisation and follow‑up of prototype production for the Podium PE27 collection (showroom, runway and related presentations).
  • Manage material flows for soft goods (leather and textiles) via ERP: place orders, analyse availability, manage deliveries and lead times.
  • Order and track metallic components: manage receptions/shipments and optimise component stock levels.
  • Monitor the digital and physical flow of finished prototypes and liaise with production sites to track manufacturing progress.
  • Design and implement tools and processes to improve prototype tracking, KPI sharing and the automation of activity reporting.
  • Organise finished‑product quality control sessions and produce synthesis reports for Collection, Commercial and Development teams.
  • Act as a strategic interface between Development, Collection and production sites, reporting to the Project Manager — Development, Events & Specific Flows.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering school or business school (final‑year internship or year‑out/césure).
  • Previous internship experience in product development or project management within industry or fashion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work autonomously and across cross‑functional teams.
  • Highly organised, rigorous, detail‑oriented, adaptable and dynamic under tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; prior exposure to an ERP system is desirable.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and working on high‑stakes, presentation‑driven products.

Skills

Experience
