Hermès seeks a Production Assistant intern for its Women's Ready-to-Wear industrialisation and manufacturing team, supporting Chain & Weft and Leather production through product approvals, analysis, administrative follow-up and stock management. This full-time, convention-approved internship runs from January 2027 to September 2027 in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Chain & Weft and/or Leather Manufacturing Managers with launches and approvals, including trials, master samples and TDS, through delivery of finished products.
- Contribute to production-piece arbitration and its documentation through quality tracking tables and emails to manufacturers.
- Participate in the arbitration of fabrics and components.
- Make occasional visits to workshops.
- Update cutting-tracking files by collecting, consolidating and analysing data.
- Provide administrative follow-up and ensure system compliance, including issuing purchase orders, collecting and checking production certificates, checking PLM/M3 interfaces and extracting COGNOS bills of materials.
- Help prepare meeting and handover minutes, reports and workshop presentations.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for department managers.
- Support management of trial and counter-sample stock.
- Manage fabric swatches, including organising them and sending informational emails.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master's-level degree (Bac+5).
- Successful initial experience in an environment directly connected to the product, ideally in a technical role.
- Interest in production topics, including ERP systems, technical specifications and working with manufacturers.
- Comfortable using IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with figures and information systems.
- Demonstrates anticipation, organisational skills and rigour.

Currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree.
