Hermès seeks a Production and Shooting Project Manager for a 6-month contract role managing menswear campaigns and events in Pantin, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and manage all event projects including photoshoots, commercial animations, showroom installations, and trade presentations while maintaining creative excellence and operational rigor
- Lead image and communications projects for e-commerce and marketing campaigns in alignment with brand identity and positioning
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Support the rollout and deployment of initiatives across commercial teams and international branch offices
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and retroplanning with precision while optimizing resource allocation and mitigating risks
- Oversee operational execution of productions and projects to maximize their impact and visibility across channels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event production, art buying, and/or image communications project management
- Background in the fashion or luxury sector strongly preferred
- Fluent English with ease working in international environments
- Strong organizational rigor combined with excellent responsiveness and agility
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision
- Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external partners
