Hermès Maison seeks a Master's-level intern for a 6-month Product Training Project Assistant role in Pantin, France, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot and update the digital training webapp (HMT, etc.), ensuring consistent availability and accuracy of training resources
- Coordinate the construction of digital learning programs, managing briefs, supporting materials, and production elements with external agencies
- Create seasonal training modules and content, including Podium presentations, TTT materials, and key selling points documentation
- Support the design of comprehensive presentations (Morning Brief, TTT, 1J1M, Majeure, Infos H) with emphasis on sales levers and client experience
- Coordinate logistics and planning for in-person training sessions and the annual Expert Seminar held in Italy
- Contribute to product knowledge dissemination across the Maison retail ecosystem
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Master's 1st or 2nd year program
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with high professional standards
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong written communication skills
- Recognized attention to detail and organizational capability
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and demonstrate service orientation
