Hermès seeks a Product Reference Manager in Pantin, France to lead data governance and transform product reference frameworks across supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive strategic vision and implementation of the product reference framework in partnership with the Business Process Outsourcing reference team, prioritizing roadmaps and arbitrating initiatives across métiers and solution divisions
- Support the BPO team and business units in maximizing data value and optimization
- Contribute to data governance frameworks and drive tool evolution initiatives as design authority
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely updates of the product reference within the information systems architecture
- Guide business functions and solution teams through major transformation programs (ERP, PLM, Quality Management Systems)
- Lead business requirements management activities including improvement proposals, needs assessment, testing of enhancements, and validation of change control documentation
- Oversee delivery of solutions and enhancements impacting the product reference framework
- Develop and monitor budget allocations and contractual management for the division
- Formalize and report on key performance indicators and overall division activities on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in comparable roles demonstrating strong autonomy and technical acumen
- Significant experience in managing data programs or data platforms and implementing reference frameworks
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and guide organizational change
- Expertise in Quality Management solutions and knowledge of PLM, WMS, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated capabilities in transformation management and change leadership
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and advisory competencies
- Familiarity with Hermès Group preferred

Experience
Minimum 5 years in comparable roles managing data programs, reference frameworks, or platforms, with demonstrated technical understanding and ability to operate independently in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
