Role & Responsibilities
- Own and operate the Group’s PAM platforms (CyberArk and adjacent components): inventory of privileged accounts, vault management, admin access, policies, traceability and license lifecycle.
- Translate cybersecurity orientations into a PAM product roadmap, prioritising initiatives by business value, risk, dependencies, cost and technical maturity.
- Lead deployment and integration of PAM use-cases (PAM Core, PSM, EPM, Secrets management), onboarding of systems/applications, DevOps flows and consumer access journeys.
- Define and evolve the PAM Target Operating Model (roles, responsibilities, processes, tooling, governance, support and SLAs) and organise progressive RUN delegation to an MSP.
- Ensure operational excellence: maintain service quality (availability, performance, security), oversee upgrades, incidents, problem management and production reporting.
- Define technical standards, architecture and policies for the PAM infrastructure; guarantee compliance and prepare audit deliverables.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships (notably CyberArk), steer contract negotiations, license management, budget and vendor performance.
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity, CTO Office, IT teams, business stakeholders (shops, ateliers, logistics) and MSPs; drive adoption through guides, runbooks and proactive communications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in IT with at least 2 years in cybersecurity and privileged access management (PAM).
- Proven experience with CyberArk (or equivalent PAM platforms) at enterprise scale, including Vault/Core, PSM, EPM and Secrets Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience across security, IT, procurement and legal functions.
- Demonstrated capability to build product roadmaps, service catalogues and Target Operating Models for security services.
- Experience managing budgets, licensing, vendor relationships and transitions to MSPs.
- Fluent English (read/write/speak) and ability to work in an international environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 6 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 2 years focused on cybersecurity and privileged access management within a large group. Proven track record implementing and operating enterprise PAM platforms and managing vendor relationships (CyberArk experience highly desirable).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications in cybersecurity/product management preferred.
