Hermès seeks Product Owner, PKI in Pantin (Île-de-France) to lead certificate management platform evolution and service delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design PKI solutions aligned with cybersecurity, architecture, and operational requirements; provide subject-matter expertise on certificate concepts and PKI architecture
- Develop and govern the product roadmap (user stories, features, releases) and structure deployment, release, and migration plans
- Establish and evolve the Target Operating Model (TOM) for PKI services, defining roles, responsibilities, interfaces, processes, tools, governance, support, and SLAs; organize operations delivery and delegated MSP oversight
- Ensure service quality and operational control; maintain platform availability, performance, and security; prevent certificate expiration incidents and establish service performance indicators
- Oversee financial management, licensing, and vendor relationships for PKI services; manage contracts, negotiations, and renewals
- Lead cross-functional teams including technical, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and integration partners; coordinate stakeholder contributions
Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering school diploma in information technology (Bac+5 equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of IT environment experience, including at least 2 years in certificate management
- Significant experience designing and managing security service catalogs; ability to structure, formalize, and evolve PKI IT services aligned with business needs and security requirements
- Expertise in risk identification, analysis, and management
- Strong understanding of international PAM (Privileged Access Management) scope, particularly standardized privilege access at global scale
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in international, multi-stakeholder environments
- Customer-centric orientation with attention to user experience

Minimum 10 years in IT environments with at least 2 years of direct experience in certificate management and PKI. Proven track record designing and operating security service catalogs at enterprise scale. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-year transformation initiatives, coordinate vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional technical teams in international settings.

Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent engineering school diploma (Bac+5)
