Role & Responsibilities
- Elicit, challenge and formalize business needs through workshops, interviews and process analyses with manufacturing stakeholders.
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for manufacturing data products in coordination with business and IT stakeholders.
- Specify, write and prioritise the product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria) balancing business value, risk and technical constraints.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies with the delivery team (plannings, reviews, demos, retrospectives) and ensure timely sprint outcomes.
- Validate deliverables by participating in functional testing, business acceptance testing and go/no‑go production decisions.
- Monitor value and usage metrics (adoption, user satisfaction, data quality, process performance) and propose continuous improvement plans.
- Communicate product status to business committees, IT and executive stakeholders and manage priority trade‑offs.
- Support change management activities: training materials, business documentation, demos and deployment assistance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Information Systems, Data, or Organizational Management.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with confirmed exposure to operational business functions or in MOA/AMOA/Business Analysis within manufacturing.
- Proven knowledge of manufacturing domains, notably Quality and Product Development (PLM).
- Strong capability to write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Certification in Agile or Product Owner is a plus.

Experience
At least 10 years of professional experience, including substantive work with manufacturing processes (quality, product development/PLM) and prior roles in business analysis, MOA/AMOA or product ownership in IT/data contexts. Demonstrated track record of delivering data or application products in Agile environments and aligning IT delivery with operational priorities.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Information Systems, Data, or Management of Organizations.
