Luxury Fragrance & Beauty Product Manager role in Paris. Manage retail activations, seasonal campaigns, and in-store experiences for a prestige house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic retail activation plans for key commercial periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Lunar New Year) adapted by distribution channel and market requirements
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research on seasonal gifting trends, existing product offerings, and competitor initiatives to inform creative direction
  • Conceptualize and design singular customer retail experiences for Fragrance and Beauty launches, encompassing retailtainment concepts, olfactory discovery initiatives, and personalization opportunities
  • Brief creative agencies and internal teams; develop comprehensive creative concepts including color palettes, packaging research, and visual guidelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional 360-degree activations with Visual Merchandising, Digital, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and execution
  • Develop production guidelines, decoration specifications, animation mechanics, and compelling consumer messaging for local market adaptation
  • Manage project timelines, budget allocation, and supplier coordination with industrial, purchasing, supply chain, and regulatory teams
  • Support international markets through the Development International team by validating local proposals, adapting central guidelines, and consolidating market feedback
  • Oversee and mentor a junior team member; manage associated project budgets and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a leading business school or equivalent university qualification with specialization in marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role within creative industries, specifically Fragrance and/or Beauty sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in retail strategy and customer experience design
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with keen numerical acumen and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Proven ability to manage complex, autonomous projects from conception to implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; assertive and engaging communication style
  • Demonstrated creativity with sensitivity to product quality, brand imagery, and capacity for strategic innovation
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and oral)
