Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and prioritise business requirements for data flows, interfaces and APIs; translate needs into product roadmaps and backlog items.
- Lead an Agile squad responsible for integration solutions and ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, target technical architecture and product delivery.
- Define and drive API governance and integration product lifecycle in an API‑First and Data as a Product approach.
- Guarantee production quality, performance and availability of data flows and interfaces; manage incidents and operational SLAs.
- Coordinate IT and business stakeholders to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence across integration domains.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent (Bac+5 minimum).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Integration environments, with at least 3 years in IT project or product leadership (requisition indicates 6+ years preferred).
- Proven experience managing Agile squads and owning product backlogs.
- Solid understanding of data integration, inter-application exchanges and API architectures.
- Familiarity with API management practices (governance, security, lifecycle, monitoring).
- Experience in domains such as Supply Chain, Retail or Finance (technico-functional profile).
- Strong leadership, organisational skills, service orientation and excellent communication.
- Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory).

Experience
At least 5–6 years of progressive experience in Data Integration environments, including a minimum of 3 years leading IT product or project delivery and managing Agile squads in complex, cross‑functional contexts.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent.
