Hermès seeks a Product Development Functional Specialist (PLM/CAD expert) for a full-time permanent role at its Pantin, France headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the functional referent for PLM and CAD solutions, ensuring coherence and integrity across the IT system
- Analyze business needs, draft and validate functional and technical specifications, and oversee solution quality on behalf of project teams
- Drive functional and technical decisions for applications in collaboration with Architecture teams, software vendors, and integration partners, prioritizing system rationalization and coherence
- Maintain operational performance and evolution of assigned solutions by proposing improvements that enhance product development processes
- Guide transition of projects into production, ensuring quality of deployments, comprehensive documentation, and effective knowledge transfer
- Oversee and support external specialists operating within the functional scope
- Conduct technology and functional monitoring to anticipate solution evolution, platform development, and emerging practices; contribute to supply chain IT roadmap definition
- Contribute to target information system design and digital innovation initiatives for supply chain transformation
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with PLM, CAD, or custom-developed solutions
- Deep understanding of product development challenges and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and formalization capabilities
- Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions, particularly 3DEXPERIENCE, or comparable PLM, CAD, MES, or planning tools
- Fluency in French and English for cross-functional and international collaboration

Solid professional background in PLM, CAD, or bespoke solution environments with demonstrated expertise in product development workflows and comprehensive supply chain operations.
