Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the product manager and production coordinator throughout the collection development cycle, from sketch submissions to showroom delivery.
  • Prepare and code sketches, manage openings of colours and themes, and maintain product nomenclatures in Centric PLM.
  • Create and update bills of materials (nomenclatures) and product records continuously during the collection lifecycle.
  • Coordinate prototype and sample launches: draft instruction sheets for manufacturers, create purchase orders, liaise with stock to supply materials, and track supplier progress through to receipt.
  • Prepare and maintain daily collection support documents: collection plans, material boards, fitting catalogues, material datasheets and sketch tracking.
  • Manage sample creation in Centric, allocate and send charges to external manufacturers, and receive and archive production follow-ups and costing.
  • Support internal atelier for fittings and retouches; prepare garment racks and items for fittings and key collection milestones (showroom, presentations, runway).
  • Monitor component/material shortages and coordinate timely shipments to manufacturers; respond to ad hoc requests from suppliers and coordinate with pattern makers.
  • Contribute to collection pricing calculations for the category and complete commercial documentation such as product descriptions and non-conformity reports.
  • Coordinate inventory operations at the end of each collection and lead launch activities for runway pieces, ensuring compliance with model specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bac +4/5 (Master's level or equivalent) from a business school, fashion school or university programme.
  • Strong product sensibility, quality awareness and fashion sensitivity.
  • Highly organised with anticipatory planning skills, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with studios, ateliers, stock teams and external manufacturers.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and able to propose practical improvements.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.

Experience
