The Product Development Assistant supports product development and collection activities at Hermès Maison, coordinating with the design studio and technical development, production and sales teams. This full-time, 5–6-month internship is based in Pantin and starts in March 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings.
- Track prototype management, including shipments to the design studio, photo shoots, and loans to partners.
- Assist with product development processes in coordination with the design studio and the technical development and sales teams.
- Track and update collection tools, including the collection plan and coding table.
- Help prepare the SS24 runway show by supporting sales tools, maintaining the DAM photo library and runway application, and providing logistical and operational support.
- Contribute to the management and tracking of new packaging and product instructions.
- Prepare annual and ad hoc sales reports and analyses.
- Participate in competitor and trend monitoring in boutiques and online.

- Recognized for rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with a range of contacts and enjoys teamwork.
- Beginners accepted.
