Role & Responsibilities
- Support the product manager throughout collection development from sketch handover to delivery and transfer to production.
- Reference articles and maintain model nomenclatures/BOMs in Centric; update colorways and theme openings.
- Prepare and update collection documents daily: collection plans, material boards, fitting catalogues, material correspondence sheets and sketch tracking.
- Coordinate trial launches and fittings: draft explanatory briefs for manufacturers, create purchase orders, coordinate materials and supplies, track supplier progress and update follow‑up tables.
- Maintain fabric and trim colour correspondences in Centric and on collection supports.
- Assist with preliminary price calculations by generating macro‑prices in support of the product manager.
- Prepare physical elements for collection milestones (racks, fabric offcuts) and ensure readiness for showroom fittings and sales events.
- Work closely with the production/fabrication lead to follow the progress of samples, prototypes and final launches to meet fitting schedules.
- Draft commercial documentation: product descriptions, product information sheets and non‑conformity reports.
Qualifications
- Bac+4/5 level in business school, fashion school or university (final‑year undergraduate or master's level).
- Strong product sensibility with a good eye for quality and fashion detail.
- Highly organised, anticipatory and rigorous with the ability to manage multiple collection deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with ateliers, studio, suppliers and manufacturers.
- Proactive, dynamic, dependable and capable of proposing practical solutions.
- Languages: French and English required; Italian is a plus.

Entry‑level / internship — beginners accepted. Prior internships or practical exposure to product development, studio or atelier environments in fashion is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bac+4/5 (final‑year undergraduate or master-level) in business, fashion design, product development or a related discipline.
