A six-month full-time internship at Hermès headquartered in Pantin, commencing in the first semester of 2027. The successful candidate will assist the Product Management team within the Footwear Collection department, contributing to collection development, product tracking, technical coordination, and competitive intelligence. This role bridges creative vision with operational precision in the design and commercialization of Hermès footwear collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update collection management tools including plans, mappings, and visual assets
- Support product managers in product referencing and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) coding procedures
- Coordinate prototype management and oversee the production and execution of product photography sessions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative sales analyses to inform collection performance
- Manage competitive intelligence activities including benchmarking, market mappings, and pricing surveillance
- Maintain both physical and digital inventory of sample pairs throughout the collection lifecycle
Qualifications
- Enrolled as a final-year or gap-year student, preferably with specialization in collection management or marketing
- Demonstrated sensitivity to fashion and design aesthetic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and methodical approach to problem-solving

Beginners are accepted; prior fashion industry or product management internship experience is valued but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled student in final year or gap year, ideally with a specialization in collection management, product management, or marketing within luxury fashion or related discipline.
