Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy the new procurement ordering process to internal and external sites, developing and distributing procedural guides and communication materials
- Accompany end-users through system implementation and gather field feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor and analyze key purchasing performance indicators including delivery schedules, quality metrics, and cost management
- Develop performance dashboards and reporting analyses for management review
- Execute annual supplier evaluations and participate in supplier performance reviews
- Process purchase orders with suppliers, track expenditure by vendor, and manage delivery timelines
- Address procurement disputes and resolve order anomalies
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school or business school with procurement specialization
