Hermès Pantin: 6-month BI and procurement analytics internship supporting direct procurement transformation and Snowflake migration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Audit and map existing datasets to identify critical data for migration to Snowflake infrastructure
- Adapt and optimize measures and calculations to ensure report performance and reliability in the Snowflake environment
- Validate post-migration report performance and document improvements delivered
- Ensure data traceability and quality throughout the transition process
- Analyze and resolve capacity constraints in leather sourcing for bag collections
- Reduce development and time-to-market delays for metal components innovations
- Support operational monitoring and continuity of key procurement processes including budget management, Commercial Integration Plans, and ESG reporting
- Contribute to enhancement of dashboards and performance indicators for cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Master's student or final-year engineering/computer science graduate (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Strong interest in data and information systems
- Expertise in Excel and Power BI
- Proven data processing and manipulation skills
- Methodological rigor and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Prior experience or strong familiarity with business intelligence projects, data migration, or procurement analytics preferred. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or related quantitative field. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's programme.
