Hermès seeks a Print Development Specialist for menswear collection in Paris. Six-month contract from September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop the menswear prints collection (warp and weft, leather) by piloting tests, refinements, and validations through to the runway presentation
  • Direct the development of print designs and colorations with manufacturers, ensuring creative compliance and adherence to timelines
  • Create the seasonal color palette by managing dyeing processes, color matching, and digital swatch generation
  • Guarantee print quality and industrialization by identifying technical constraints and proposing suitable solutions
  • Coordinate PLM codification, physical and digital archiving, and material handoff to sales teams
  • Prepare collection meetings and actively participate in runway show organization

Qualifications

  • Degree in Textile Design (ENSCI, ENSAD, or equivalent) or textile engineering degree with strong fashion sensibility
  • Proficiency in both artisanal and industrial textile printing techniques and their manufacturing constraints
  • Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator; Excel proficiency required
  • Fluent English; Italian language skills preferred
  • Strong artistic sensibility and fashion culture with exceptional attention to detail

Experience
