Hermès Communications Department seeks an inquisitive and meticulous intern to support press and influencer relations across a diverse portfolio including jewelry, horology, Apple & Hermès collaborations, home furnishings, petit h, Horizons ateliers, and equestrian products. This internship combines press coordination, media relations, event logistics, and coverage tracking within one of the world's most prestigious luxury houses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and track press shopping submissions in France and internationally, ensuring rigorous monitoring of product shipments and returns
- Organize logistical workflows for product loans with precision and care, maintaining meticulous documentation of all item movements
- Collaborate with media outlets and influencers across domestic and international markets while facilitating communication between press contacts and internal stakeholders
- Support the preparation and execution of press and influencer events, including on-site coordination to ensure high-quality external coverage
- Collect and enhance media coverage reports and publicity returns to demonstrate campaign impact
Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken English fluency with clear communication skills in international settings
- Natural sensitivity to luxury brand universe, editorial standards, and luxury communication codes
- Exceptional organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects methodically
