Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Press and Media Manager in delivering the annual department strategy and day-to-day press activities
- Monitor and update the press database across print, online, and social media channels; identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders relevant to the brand and product categories
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with press contacts and influential media professionals
- Deliver against specific KPIs including Advertising Value Equivalent (AVE) metrics
- Organize end-to-end press trips within allocated budget, including agenda development, travel coordination, and welcome pack preparation
- Generate post-trip reports documenting key facts, figures, and coverage as soon as materials are available
- Coordinate the execution of interviews and push for timely publication in line with targeted schedules
- Create and distribute press materials according to the communication calendar to appropriate distribution lists
- Develop press releases and coordinate press photo shoots, including photographer selection and budget alignment
- Assist with local and global event planning and coordination
- Manage the invitation process and ensure smooth distribution, including guestlist creation and stakeholder briefing
- Prepare comprehensive press and social media coverage reports for events, seedings, and clippings
- Manage press budgets allocated to individual events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Press Executive or Press Intern within a globally recognized brand
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital and social media channels combined with appreciation for traditional print media excellence
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Experience managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a press or communications role, ideally within a globally recognized luxury brand or similar environment. Prior experience as a Press Executive or Press Intern is preferred. Demonstrated capability in managing both internal teams and external media relations, with a track record of successfully executing press campaigns and media events.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
