Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute various polishing operations in compliance with established production guidelines
  • Adjust polishing parameters during fabrication including speed settings and paste media changes
  • Inspect polished components for conformity to specification with respect to surface finish, geometry, and dimensional tolerances
  • Identify and segregate non-conforming parts; escalate defects to team and supervisory staff
  • Submit components for quality validation when required
  • Alert management to production irregularities and obstacles
  • Complete and maintain production tracking documentation
  • Enforce quality procedures and instructions relative to product integrity
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness and perform first-level equipment maintenance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
