Role & Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for the commercial development métiers team on all podium (fashion show/sales event) projects and twice‑annual podium events.
- Manage podium event operations: coordinate stand setup, visits, presentation standards and transitions between sales modalities.
- Liaise between commercial teams and the image/visual manager to produce scenography briefs and floor plans.
- Create and manage sales team and temporary staff schedules in compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage procurement workflow: monitor invoices and raise purchase orders via Meo.
- Support commercial teams during podium sales to ensure operational excellence and client service.
- Analyze navigation and usage data for the podium site and produce actionable recommendations for commercial teams.
- Serve as the digital/catalogue liaison to the digital directorate for product assortment and catalogue accuracy.
- Coordinate product shootings: select items for shoots, ensure post‑podium availability, isolate pieces in the showroom and provide assets to HI shooting teams.
- Contribute to editorial selection for video content according to joint HI / métier strategy.
- Verify and correct ecommerce catalogue content in French and English; supply ‘Story behind’ content in collaboration with the training team.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects to optimize site navigation (e.g., size charts) and general catalogue UX.
Qualifications
- Degree from a fashion or styling school, or a business/commerce school.
- Minimum 1 year professional experience in the fashion industry; showroom experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated organisational rigour and ability to work in a high‑pressure, detail‑driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation when interacting with commercial and image teams.
- Proficiency in English is desired; ability to work in French and English for catalogue content and communications.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in the fashion sector, ideally with showroom or event coordination exposure. Proven experience liaising between commercial, image and digital teams is an advantage.
Education
Degree from a fashion/styling school or from a business/commerce school.
