Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational functions of the SIEGL textile printing site, ensuring production targets for cost, quality, volume and deadlines are achieved.
- Define and implement the site manufacturing strategy and associated projects to deliver the objectives of the filière and the three-year plan.
- Ensure continuous compliance with health, safety and security requirements; design and deploy a prevention policy aligned with identified site risks.
- Animate and steer the site executive leadership team (EDS) to monitor budgetary performance, identify operational levers and deploy improvement actions (recruitment, skills development, equipment acquisition).
- Maintain high standards of product quality and operational excellence through KPI definition, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster constructive labor relations and a stable social climate by maintaining structured, regular communication with representative bodies and site personnel.
- Drive resource-efficiency initiatives, with particular attention to water and energy use and other sustainability objectives.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Proven senior leadership experience in factory or production management (Plant Director, Production Director or Business Unit Director) in artisanal or industrial manufacturing.
- Demonstrable track record in delivering high product-quality standards within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proximity-management skills, natural leadership and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a pronounced sense of client service.

Experience
Significant senior experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a manufacturing environment, ideally as a plant or production director within textile printing or a comparable artisanal/industrial operation. Proven history of delivering results against cost, quality, volume and delivery objectives while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and employee engagement. Experience managing a site of around 150 employees will be valued.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent higher education.
