Hermès — Planning Projects Assistant (Intern) in Pantin, France. Six‑month full‑time internship in supply chain planning and Power BI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Power BI dashboards used by central Supply Chain teams and manufacturing sites.
- Support BI project lifecycle: data analysis, testing, requirements gathering, and dashboard modifications according to user priorities.
- Lead or contribute to a continuous improvement project within planning processes (e.g., tools for new‑product tracking, end‑of‑production optimization).
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to capture needs and align stakeholders.
- Design and implement solutions across organisation, processes and tools to operationalize improvements.
- Provide operational support to production planners to understand planning workflows and contribute to planning activities on manufacturing poles.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering or business school (Master’s level / Bac+4 or Bac+5).
- Available for a full‑time, six‑month conventionné internship starting September 2026.
- Strong analytical aptitude, curiosity and intellectual rigour.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ease in stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency with office tools and BI environments (Word, Excel, Power BI).

No prior professional experience required; beginners accepted. Prior exposure to data analysis, supply chain or process improvement projects is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master’s-level degree (engineering school or business school, Bac+4 / Bac+5).
