Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain store staffing rosters: enter métier assignments, validate presence records and correct scheduling anomalies.
  • Align workforce levels with operational needs by forecasting traffic and adjusting schedules, including overtime management.
  • Process leave requests and plan staffing according to ‘match to traffic’ principles; create supplementary rosters for closures, ateliers and training events.
  • Manage uniform logistics: centralise uniform orders, coordinate returns with the uniform bar team and follow up on alterations.
  • Oversee IT equipment and HPad provisioning: centralise orders, liaise with IT to ensure equipment conformity and schedule restitution of tools and uniforms at employee exit.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of professional experience in retail scheduling, workforce administration or a related operational support role.
  • Demonstrable organisational rigour, concentration and precision in administrative task execution.
  • Strong interpersonal, pedagogical and listening skills to liaise effectively with store teams and support functions.
  • Good analytical capability to interpret traffic patterns and translate them into staffing decisions.
  • Proficiency with digital tools used for planning and communication; aptitude for learning proprietary planning systems.
